About Us

Asha Kirana Seva Trust (AKST) is a Secular Non-Profit Voluntary Organization established in 1995. for the past 18 years working in the area of Health, Education, Disabled welfare, Women & child care, Senior Citizen care Home, Environmental programme, VTP activities, & other rural developmental activities etc… at Bengaluru urban & rural areas surrounding areas with the support of Govt/Corporate sector & other donors help. It aims to promote the process of Equity, Social Justice & Sustainable Development Working for the upliftment and development of rural youth, women and children’s, senior citizen care, disabled total integrated developmental activities, At present we are running crèche centres for the working mother children’s in urban slums & also computer training & spoken English for disabled persons & Senior Citizen care Home & other skill based trainings we conducted for the poor students & women’s widows etc… now we newly established old age home near Big Banyan Tree Mysore Road & arranged all infrastructure facilities like ventilated 11 rooms & cots & beds we arranged in one acre green land all basic necessary facilities available in the centre & also separate kitchen room & other necessary arrangements.

AKST is a Registered Trust (Reg.No. 424 Dated 19-10-1995). It is also registered with Ministry of Home Affairs Govt. Of India under FCRA (No. 094420855 Dated 8.12.2000) Exempted U/s 12A & 80G IT act 1961.

To work for the economic and social empowerment of women, and youths thus of Society/Community by creating enterprises and skill jobs. To follow this with an integrated development programme that creates sustainable communities.

Working towards holistic approach where vulnerable communities are economically sustainable, children have access to quality education, health & youth have access to opportunities for highest education & employment & also to take care of all the elders who are in need & give them enough support to live their lives happily.
